 What is "kawaii"?

• "Kawaii" is a Japanese term that translates to "cute"! There are different styles, different themes, and different collections that are kawaii... But it all depends on what you think is cute, as long as you love it!

What kind of items can I find in your shop?

• We offer a variety of 100% aucthentic products from Japan and other parts of Asia, ranging from kawaii goods, to anime merchandise, to a variety of Asian snacks and drinks!

How do you ship and how long does it take?

• We are based in California, and it takes about 1 -7 business days to ship after your order is placed!
• Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your package, as well as the location of where it is shipped to!
• We ship within the United States as well as internationally! [Some countries may be limited].
• Shipment is made through the United States Postal Service, it make take: 2 - 10 business days for domestic orders to be delivered (up to 4 weeks for international orders)!
• Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for any damaged/lost packages through transit (find more info on our page for Shipping Policy).

What is your Refund Policy?
